We tried to get Lindsey to have both teeth gone by Christmas, but that top left one would not budge even though it had been loose for 2 months!! Finally about 2 weeks ago,she let me pull it out.

Haha! I couldn't find a dollar bill in the house, and my purse was in the car, and it was cold! On the counter was a snack bag with 35 cents in it for milk that she took to school, in her lunch bag, back in December and forgot to pay for, so there it sat. I used that. LOL!!
You cheated her out of teeth money AND milk! Tsk tsk! :-P
